In May 2006, the National Center for Pavement Preservation (NCPP) was contracted to develop and administer its new Transportation System Preservation Technical Services Program (TSP2). Its principal mission will be to serve as a clearinghouse with comprehensive and up-to-date information on efficient and effective preservation measures that enhance highway performance and extend useful life.
